Some factors to consider include infrastructure, nature of the company, usability, and flexibility. This article considers Huddle, a popular project management software. Program Functionalities
Huddle is a preferred option for many project managers due to its functionalities. One feature of the platform is that it is cloud-based and, therefore, easier to maintain. Another useful feature of the software is document sharing (Huddle, 2019). The feature allows members of a team to send and receive documents in different formats, which is crucial in project management.
Also, the software enables document version control to complement the sharing. Huddle also allows users to customize their workspace according to their needs, which not only makes it convenient but also enhances flexibility. Like most modern project management software, it allows the integration of third-party applications such as Microsoft word, which improves efficiency (Gilbert, 2019). Finally, Huddle provides a fast and accurate search option that enhances usability. A huddle is a good option for any project manager.
Despite the numerous functionalities of the software, it misses some crucial features that are important for project managers in the modern world. One such feature is two-factor authentication that would provide additional information security for its users. Also, the program did not separate drafts and approved versions, which can be problematic in case of revisions.
